We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial data entry, budget allocation, and financial reporting.
The successful applicant will work closely with our project team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is recorded and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter and process financial transactions, including invoices and payments
- Budget Allocation: Assist in the allocation of budgets and monitor expenditure against procurement strategy
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including monthly ledgers
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business/finance and prior experience in a similar role within a construction or project environment
- Experience with financial data entry in online systems (JD Edwards highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
