Telecom Test Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Test Analyst with hands-on expertise in Order Management and Provisioning systems to join our team.

This role is open to both Permanent and Contract arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom fulfilment processes, product catalog, and order decomposition.

The Telecom Test Analyst will be responsible for performing end-to-end testing of Order Management and Provisioning flows for telecom products (Voice, Data, Broadband, Mobile). They will also validate order lifecycle from order entry to service activation across BSS/OSS systems.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate orchestration of service orders across provisioning platforms and network elements. They will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and environment teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
