About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to support our internal and external communication projects as a Communications Officer.
- Develop and execute strategies for communicating initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders.
- Research, write, and deliver internal communication materials while assisting managers and supervisors in effective communication.
- Support the delivery of communication training.
- Liaise with various departments to gather information for publications and contribute to communication initiatives.
- Plan and execute communication activities as per strategic schedules.
- Capture photographs and video content for use in communication materials.
- Perform other communication-related tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary or industry qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing project communication strategies, including on-ground activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint.
The successful candidate will be based in Fremantle and Kwinana, WA, and will be required to work a minimum of one day per week in Kwinana. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
