Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Maritime Operations Specialist to join our team in Fremantle. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating vessel movements, ensuring smooth port calls, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all aspects of vessel operations are managed effectively, from planning arrivals to berthing, loading, and departures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible approach to work.
  • A valid Australian work permit, driver's license, and driving experience, along with eligibility for a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
