Role Overview:

This is an opportunity for a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Veteran Family and Hub Service Navigator.

As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional service and administrative support to all veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as planning events, managing calendars, assisting workshops, and visitor meetings.
  • Monitor calendars, handle correspondence, and ensure follow-up on behalf of the Centre Manager.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for Veterans and their families.
  • Strong event management skills and experience.
  • Excellent communications skills and attention to detail with proven administrative skills.
