We are seeking an individual to join us as a Claims Advisor based out of the Riverina Veteran & Family Hub in Wagga Wagga. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families navigating various claims, including pensions and benefits.

Your role will involve assisting them throughout the application process with relevant government departments, all with the ultimate goal of achieving the best possible outcomes.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of compensation advocacy and defence-related illnesses and conditions.
  • The ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures.
