About Us

RSL LifeCare is a leading provider of care and services to veterans and seniors in our communities. With a legacy spanning over 100 years, we have been dedicated to supporting veterans and their families through various claims, including pensions and benefits.

We are seeking an individual with expertise in compensation advocacy and a deep understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish meaningful relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families navigating various claims, including pensions and benefits.
  • To work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Compensation Advocate (or working towards)
  • Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions
  • Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures
