Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Officer to process ANZ payroll for 1000+ employees using ADP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls with high accuracy using ADP.
  • Process pay for Australia and work closely with an outsourced provider to process New Zealand payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, agreements, and legislation.
  • Manage all leave requests, terminations calculations, employment contracts, company policies, and legislation.
  • Investigate and resolve complex payroll queries.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing environments.
  • Knowledge or experience using ADP Payforce is highly preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with an outsourced provider would be beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.

Work Arrangements:

This role offers hybrid working opportunities, with three days from home and two days in the office. On-site parking is also available.
