As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an accomplished Financial Transactions Coordinator to oversee the management of accounts payable processes. This dynamic individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, managing relationships with suppliers, and maintaining organized records of payments and vendor details.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and settle outstanding debts with vendors in a timely manner.
  • Process and track incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and allocate costs to correct general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain and update supplier information, including contact details and payment terms.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Concur or expense management system software.
