Financial Transactions Specialist

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Specialist to join our Finance Division, at our Breakwater office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for on-boarding, banking, credit control through to collections, and establishing and managing credit accounts.
Key tasks include:
- On-boarding, banking, and credit control;
- Establishing and managing credit accounts;
- Recommending actions based on customer risk profiles and spend levels;
- Liaising with clients and sales teams to resolve disputes and escalate overdue debtors when required;
- Reconciling customer accounts and providing reports, producing credit notes, and managing stop supply requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a commercial environment and utilise your skills in financial transactions and credit management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in financial transactions and credit management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically;
- Experience with analysing credit reporting services (such as Equifax) and online credit card merchant systems;
- A working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
