Warehouse Supervisor Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate warehouse operations with our organisation on a 12-month full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all inventory is processed, organised and stored in accordance with the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and dispatch daily orders within the required timeframes to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment by prioritising customer service and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Significant management experience in warehousing environments.
  • Certification in Warehousing or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Possession of a valid Clean Driver's License.
  • Current Forklift License (reach equipment operation advantageous).
  • Familiarity with HACCP protocols and working in frozen/cold storage facilities an advantage.
  • Essential Australian industry experience.
  • Desirable mechanical aptitude.
  • Current HR license highly regarded.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience supervising warehouse staff to ensure seamless task completion.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in warehousing roles.
  • Ability to pass police clearance checks and adhere to alcohol/drug testing policies.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and order processing procedures.
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks including standing, sitting, walking, climbing, squatting and repetitive lifting of more than 10 kilograms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
