Regional Distribution Manager South

We are seeking an experienced Regional Distribution Manager to lead the daily operations of our distribution centre and drive performance across supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, optimise operations, and lead a high-performing team.

  • Lead and manage all distribution centre operations and supervisors.
  • Drive safety compliance and injury management, partnering with SH&E (Safety) and RTW teams.
  • Oversee site productivity, cost control, and process optimisation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, achieving DIFOT levels at 96%+.
  • Lead and develop a strong, engaged, and accountable team.
  • Partner with Sales, Merchandise, and Member Support to deliver service levels and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead logistics projects across the tools and hardware groups.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to optimise performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive leadership experience in warehousing, FMCG, retail or supply chain.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven success in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Experience leading large teams and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System, safety compliance, and supply chain best practice.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L and drive results.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
