
High Value Account Director

This is a strategic role where you will play a lead part in managing and growing high-value accounts across the construction sector.
You will sell steel reinforcement solutions to major builders, driving project success from tender to delivery.
You will manage key accounts across high-rise residential and commercial sectors, overseeing monthly reporting and pipeline planning.
You will be actively engaged daily with client stakeholders, providing technical advice and driving sales outcomes across projects exceeding 1,000 tonnes of steel reinforcement.
- Secure and manage steel reinforcement projects (from 2,000+ tonnes) across high-rise residential and commercial sites.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from tender through to delivery and project completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimations, timely delivery, and compliance with project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts that align with both client needs and business objectives.
You will work alongside experienced estimators, schedulers, and logistics professionals to deliver seamless service and cement your reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.
Candidate ProfileYou are a driven and commercially minded Account Manager or Sales Representative with a background in the steel, construction materials, or building supply industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the steel, construction materials, or building supply industry.
- Proven track record managing high-volume commercial and residential projects.
- Must have secured and managed steel reinforcement projects of 2,000+ tonnes.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a well-established business known for quality and reliability in the steel and construction supply industry.
