If you're an Account Director looking to develop your leadership skills with a successful independent agency, this role could be ideal.The agency is looking for a natural leader to manage an aspiring team of Account Managers to work on a high profile customer driven financial services brand.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record developing and overseeing multi-channel, digital, social, CX, edm campaigns, with a hunger and drive to grow your client's business.As a team lead, your ability to work with the agency's creative, strategic, data and technology teams is key to ensure you are delivering and outperforming your client expectations.Key requirements:Strong understanding and experience managing data driven, customer-centric campaigns with a digital, social, CX focusAbility to think strategically and to be your clients' trusted adviserProven experience in developing and mentoring Account Directors and Account ManagersA confident communicator and presenterSolid financial acumenA key partner/collaborator with the senior leadership teamThis role will suit an Account Director with a passion and motivation for developing innovative communications with a customer marketing approach.If you have the skills, experience and ready for a new challenge with a dynamic, collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
