
High-Value Account Manager

About the Role
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and ensuring they get the most value from their subscriptions.
This is a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with clients to understand their businesses and help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Hitting Daily Targets: Exceed daily talk time targets through inbound/outbound calls and attend at least 6 face-to-face business development client meetings per month.
- Managing Accounts: Renew tradies' subscription contracts before they expire, identify opportunities to upgrade subscription packages, and retain customers by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing tailored solutions.
- Debt Collection: Negotiate payment plans that benefit both the customer and the business, offering win-win solutions that align with the customer's financial situation while ensuring payment is collected.
- Building Relationships: Engage with tradie customers face-to-face and over the phone, learning about their businesses, understanding their pain points, and helping them thrive.
