We're an independent creative communications agency with 30+ years of storytelling excellence, seeking an Account Director who embodies strategic leadership and creative ambition.

You'll work primarily on one high-profile lifestyle client, driving integrated campaigns across earned media, influencer partnerships, and live events. This is a role for someone who thrives on building client value, mentoring talent, and shaping the future of creative comms.

What you'll do:

·Lead strategic direction and cultivate high-level client relationships that drive business growth

·Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and exceed KPIs

·Guide and develop teams across accounts, fostering the next generation of PR leaders

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the agency village to deliver impactful and integrated work

·Shape innovative campaign strategies that blend earned, owned, and event elements

·Drive new business development and identify organic growth opportunities

·Champion agency culture and contribute to our creative evolution

·Ensure flawless budget management and commercial performance

You'll bring:

·7+ years of PR experience, including proven agency leadership

·Deep expertise in lifestyle brands with strong media and influencer relationships

·Track record of growing accounts and delivering award-worthy campaigns

·Natural ability to mentor teams while maintaining hands-on involvement

·Strategic mindset paired with creative thinking and commercial acumen

·Confidence presenting and leading high-stakes pitches and RTBs

·Solutions-first approach with grace under pressure
