Job Title: Infrastructure Leadership PositionOverview

A key leadership role with remuneration based on skills and experience. The successful candidate will be supported by the Director of Infrastructure and Environment, providing opportunities for secondment and career growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong results-driven leadership skills, experience in building high-performing teams, and a passion for inclusivity and staff development.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to drive infrastructure forward, overseeing depots and leading services including road maintenance, plant management, and park upkeep.
  • Lead a dedicated team, ensuring operations are efficient and aligned with strategic requirements.
  • Partner with the Director of Infrastructure and Environment to support delivery of Council priorities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in operations leadership and ability to build high-performing teams, with a passion for inclusivity and staff development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and delivering results.
