Senior Infrastructure Planner

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of our integrated water and wastewater infrastructure plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with the ability to manage a team of planners to deliver high-quality results.
This is a full-time opportunity with a monthly RDO and flexible work options, allowing for a great work-life balance.
About the PositionYou will be responsible for leading updates to our 10-year Capital Program of works based on Master Plans and long-term financial models.
You will also provide technical advice on various matters including development inquiries, proposed infrastructure, and alterations to our assets or operations.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of planners to develop efficient and effective water and wastewater infrastructure plans.
- Oversee the development and implementation of our 10-year Capital Program of works.
- Provide technical guidance on engineering and project management practices.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering and project management principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field.
