Job Overview

A critical role within our organization, the Building Services Coordinator oversees the maintenance and operation of building infrastructure and services across multiple sites in North Victoria.

The ideal candidate will ensure each site remains functional, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

This position plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, possessing strong communication skills, and being the first point of contact for managing the workplace environment.

  • Manage multiple sites in North Victoria, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, safety, and contractor management.
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues, maintaining a proactive approach to facility management.
  • Coordinate and track preventative maintenance, ensuring timely completion of operational requests and efficient maintenance processes.
  • Manage WHS compliance process for contractors.
  • Ensure performance is in accordance with defined processes and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) timeframes.
  • Engage stakeholders through effective communication and share insights to improve team performance.
  • Process invoices and manage allocated resources effectively.
  • Drive a culture of care, curiosity, and connection, fostering employee feedback through a collaborative approach.
  • Support innovation and adaptability in the digital landscape, contributing to business growth and the energy transition.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Facility Services or trade background highly advantageous.
  • Highly regarded local community engagement experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret workplace architectural and engineering drawings.
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience using SAP desirable although not essential.
  • Current Victorian Driving License required for travel to sites.
