Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Training Specialist to support our training team in delivering high-quality training.

  • The ideal candidate will develop, organise and deliver comprehensive training programs to promote health and wellbeing.
  • They will facilitate clinical skill assessments training sessions for workers to support participants with high intensity needs.
  • This role requires close liaison with the Training coordinator and team for the organisation of training across multiple services.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the development of new training packages and maintain existing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA and/or Nurses Board of WA.
  • Possess qualifications and/or previous experience in teaching or training with understanding of adult education and learning principles.
  • Minimum three years' full time experience working as a registered nurse is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in education or a related field would be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in training coordination and program development would be an advantage.
