Clinical Training Specialist

As a key figure in clinical education, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse role that involves developing, providing and evaluating training programs.
The Role- Develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive learning programs to enhance staff capabilities and support quality and safe care delivery
- Deliver extensive education as part of staff's orientation and provide ongoing clinical and non-clinical formal and informal training
- Foster relationships with educational providers, arranging for them to conduct external training programs
- Support Managers to identify staff skill gaps and learning needs, and create an education plan to address them
- Evaluate, review and develop educational materials, ensuring they are in line with legislation, resident needs and organisational purpose
- You will be a Registered Nurse with full registration and a strong background in nursing practice
- You will have experience in a Clinical Educator, Staff Development Nurse or other training focused role
- You will be innovative and creative with a proven track record developing and delivering high-quality training programs
- You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, engaging and inspiring staff through education
