Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet clients, answer calls, and respond to emails
- Prepare files for new listings, manage diaries, and coordinate stationery supplies
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and provide administrative support to the team
- Previous administration experience is advantageous
- A keen interest in Real Estate and excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work well under pressure, and be a team player
- A Monday to Friday position with a competitive salary package
