Real Estate Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU. As the first point of contact for our clients and colleagues, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients, answer calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare files for new listings, manage diaries, and coordinate stationery supplies
  • Provide administrative support to both sales and property management teams
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration is advantageous
  • A keen interest in Real Estate and a strong understanding of the industry
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • A "can-do" attitude and a strong team player
