Real Estate Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As the first point of contact for our clients and team members, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients and answer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Prepare files for new listings and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to both sales and property management teams
  • Diary management and coordination of stationery supplies
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration is highly advantageous
  • A keen interest in Real Estate and a willingness to learn
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with numbers, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • A positive attitude and a strong team player
