Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our team on an exciting project in the hydropower and renewable energies market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand subcontractor's scope of work, including contract specifications, drawings, and schedules.
  • Act as our primary point of contact with subcontractors, resolving problems and escalating critical issues.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Supervise daily activities, ensuring work is executed according to business priorities (HSE, quality, schedule, and budget) and contractual requirements.
  • Document deviations, track progress, and report results.
  • Coordinate work planning with all subcontractors' trades, participate in daily meetings, and issue minutes.
  • Manage claims with subcontractors, ensure compliance, and monitor activities.
  • Approve timesheets, progress reports, and invoicing, maintaining accurate records.
  • Lead weekly meetings with subcontractors, reviewing progress, performance, risks, and opportunities, and documenting agreements.

Requirements

  • Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Construction Management, with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to collaborate in an international team environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
