Job Title: Mechanical Installation Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Installation Supervisor to join our team in the Snowy Mountains of NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world and contribute to the delivery of this iconic project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site installation activities and provide required coordination with civil works
  • Support EM Site Engineers and Civil Construction Managers in all aspects of operations and job fulfillment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement at site and in daily operation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications or related discipline such as high school diploma, technical school or college credits preferred
  • White Card
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in mechanical installations, testing and commissioning a site and similar roles
  • Solid experience of project site management capability and working to deadlines and in a contracting environment
  • Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards, including installation and sequencing procedures, as well as testing and commissioning procedures
  • In-depth understanding of project planning and management in construction industry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
