Media Strategies Manager

This is a critical leadership role in our organization, responsible for driving high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge and senior relationships to uncover innovative insights and provide thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop team members' ability to implement market-leading ideas
  • Establish processes and documentation that deliver on our Performance with Integrity ambition
  • Use expert knowledge and senior media relationships to uncover innovative insights & provide points of view and thought leadership
  • Monitor team's communication with media partners, in particular their briefing and feedback
  • Collate industry news, updates and broader media trends
  • Build value adding relationships with media owners, internal stakeholders, auditors and relevant clients
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Citrix Applications
  • Experience negotiating deals to meet client expectations within budget
  • Understanding of commercial arrangements with all clients
  • Strong attention to detail, experience managing workflow and delegating tasks across the team
  • Ability to lead and develop capability amongst a team of high performers
