The Retail Media Lead ANZ is a critical role in elevating Unilever's retail media game.

This position involves planning, executing and optimizing retail media investments for all Business Unit Categories at key e-retail accounts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Mastery of the Customer's priorities, business process/calendar and retail media networks unlocks Unilever's ability to land its plans with the fullest impact for the shopper end to end.
  2. Understanding and articulating industry and customers insights, business results & investment needs.
  3. Coleading Retail Media JBPs for all Business Units and retailers.
  4. Driving more impact from retail media investment & delivering expertise to our customers that matches their capability in this space.
  5. Creating DSP, search, programmatic strategies for e-retail media partners & executing with the media agency.
  6. Interfacing with Customer Retail Media teams.
  7. Aligning with Category Strategy & Customer Sales teams on appropriate level of spend in Retail Media.
  8. Integrating media & retail media across the path to purchase.
  9. Driving optimisation (in flight and ongoing) of retail media.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience of Media with Digital Marketing or eCommerce landscape.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce retailers & media strategies.
  • Strong business and analytical acumen.
  • Leading knowledge and track record of success with data driven marketing.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver complex, inter-disciplinary and often global Digital projects.
  • Strong influencing capability and emotional intelligence.
  • Commitment to deliver with accountability and responsibility.
