About the Role:

  • Drive daily operations, including rostering, stock management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain a safe and positive working environment, adhering to all workplace health and safety guidelines.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, growth, and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Area retail management with a portfolio of 6 stores.
  • A love for minimalist styling and our aesthetic.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating elevated in-store experiences.
  • Strong people leadership skills – you're a coach, motivator, and mentor.
  • Attention to detail with a natural flair for visual presentation.
  • Confidence in managing store operations, financial reporting, and performance KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Agility and flexibility – as we know each day is different and throws different challenges your way.
