Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position where you will coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a large team and multiple department leaders to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage store operations and drive sales targets, profitability, and KPI achievement.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all departments and maintain seamless operations.
