About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our Passenger Vehicles Brand, you will inspire and motivate internal and external partners across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends, competitor offerings, and VGA product lines to drive dealer performance.
  • Review marketing plans and develop consistent guidelines for dealers.
  • Promote digital marketing modes and techniques to enhance sales.
  • Manage up to 15 dealers in the NSW region.
  • Track and act on dealer stock pipelines for the market.
  • Engage with national dealers to identify improvement opportunities and improve enquiry/closing ratios.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with VGA Training programs.
  • Manage dealer accountability and provide solutions based on dealership expertise.
  • Prioritize actions to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and experiences.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for sales, including working experience within sales.
  • Automotive or dealership experience, particularly driving dealer performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to interact within company divisions.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and stakeholder influencing ability.
  • Achieve industry-scale sales budget metrics and KPIs.
  • A strong understanding and working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.
