About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Recruit Career Consult Pty Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance and success of our business in the North Sydney & CBD area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and wage targets
  • Lead and manage a team of direct and indirect reports to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with the COO to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a culture of excellence in customer service and team presentation standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-site management position within a franchise-operated business
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong sales and results-driven background
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Able to engage and motivate teams to achieve results
