Job Description:

This role involves developing a compliance strategy, implementing and reporting on compliance activities, and assisting businesses to meet their obligations.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing the Compliance Strategy
  • Implementing, recording and reporting of compliance activities that support key functions and objectives
  • Assisting businesses meet their obligations and to ensure workers are aware of their entitlements under legislation by conducting educational activities.

The Senior Compliance Officer will conduct site inspections, employer visits, educational activities, enforcement processes and provide assistance to the Compliance Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience relating to communications with stakeholders, compliance inspections, enforcement processes, and assessments relying on the interpretation and application of law.
