Job Title: Governance and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail and hold a minimum Australian Baseline Security clearance, NV1 is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for governance, security and compliance requirements.
  • Supports and contributes to the Compliance strategy.
  • Facilitates Governance and Compliance communications, including contributions to assurance papers to various governance meetings, forums, committees and boards.
  • Manages associated actions from these governance bodies.
  • Drives assurance and compliance requirements defined in contracts and company policies to establish and maintain these requirements for the account.
  • Leads service improvement plans and provides management visibility toward the account team.
  • Analyses service performance and provide performance reporting.
  • Ensures meeting of security compliance obligations.
  • Escalation point to ensure timely incident resolution to meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyses process performance and delivery metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Governance & Compliance Management on large scale projects.
  • Prior experience working within the federal government space is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in a well-structured, methodical manner, including detailed project planning and commercial reporting.
