About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team in Australia/New Zealand. As a key member of our Fulfilment Operations department, you will be responsible for implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working to enhance customer and co-worker experiences.



Key Responsibilities



  • Implementing process improvements and technological advancements to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Fostering close collaboration with stakeholders, including Unit management, support functions, and External Transport/Service Providers
  • Ensuring compliance with IKEA's code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, and local legislation related to health, safety, and security
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team


Requirements



  • A sound understanding of customer fulfilment performance monitoring and influencing factors
  • Proficiency in working methods that ensure operational excellence in Fulfilment Operations
  • Previous experience demonstrating strong leadership skills and the initiative to coach diverse teams
  • An extensive understanding of end-to-end supply chains and supply chain methods, policies, and requirements
  • Competence in resource planning aligned with potential sales scenarios, forecasts, and fulfilment flow allocation

As a Supply Chain Operations Manager at IKEA, you can expect a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including:

What You Need to Know
