Seeking a skilled Residential Designer to join our drafting team.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on delivering high-quality project homes tailored to the evolving needs of Australian families.

You will play a critical role in producing accurate and detailed documentation for single and double-storey project homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation Production: Prepare and amend architectural documentation using Revit for project home designs, ensuring all drawings are compliant with relevant codes and company standards.
  • Design Development: Create working drawings, site plans, floor plans, elevations, and details that meet council requirements, Australian Standards, and NCC/BCA codes.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure drawings are accurate and construction-ready, maintaining up-to-date documentation and drawing registers.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Revit Experience: Proven work experience with Revit software.
  • Local Knowledge: A solid understanding of local building codes, standards, and construction methods.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Relevant qualification in drafting, architecture, or building design.
