Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Design Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess a strong understanding of architectural drawings, documentation, and specifications.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. You will also support project architects in the design development and construction documentation phases, ensuring project compliance and accuracy.

Furthermore, you will coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to guarantee project success. Your tasks will include resolving design and technical issues, conducting site visits, and maintaining CAD libraries and drawing standards across projects.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and specifications using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Support project architects in the design development and construction documentation phases.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project compliance and accuracy.
  • Resolve design and technical issues throughout all project stages.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare reports to monitor construction progress and quality control.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant architectural or drafting experience in residential or commercial projects.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD; knowledge of Revit and other design software is an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
