Architectural Documentation Specialist

The role of an Architectural Documentation Specialist is a crucial part in the success of our clients' projects.
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating architectural documentation for tendered contracts.
This involves working closely with consultants and liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed on time and to the required standard.
You will also provide contract administration support to help manage the project from start to finish.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in architecture or design, as well as experience in documentation and contract administration.
A tertiary qualification in Architecture or Design, or relevant studies, is essential. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in documentation, preferably with CC & Construction Documentation experience.
Proficiency in Revit is also highly desirable, along with a strong industry-based portfolio.
Sound knowledge of BCA and Australian standards is also required.
