Strategic Communication Coordinator Job Opportunity

Our team is seeking an experienced Strategic Communication Coordinator to join our State Government Department. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that engage and inform our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality content to support our communication plans, including reports, press releases, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with key agency staff to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our communication processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic communication and engagement.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
