Job Role

Pullman Melbourne on the Park is a renowned hotel located at the edge of Fitzroy Gardens and within strolling distance to the MCG. It's one of Melbourne's most iconic hotels, offering first-class accommodations to business travelers, tourists, and sports enthusiasts.

The hotel boasts 419 renovated stylish rooms that provide guests with an extraordinary luxurious experience. At its core lies an exceptional team dedicated to turning small gestures into heart-warming moments.

The hotel features Cliveden Bar & Dining; extensive Conference & Event facilities; Executive Lounge; Swimming Pool and Health Club.

Hospitality is a labor of love. We're seeking an individual who will play a pivotal role in maintaining overnight operations and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure their stay is memorable.
  • Care for guests' luggage and assist them with their needs.
  • Provide valet parking services for guest vehicles.
  • Explain hotel facilities and amenities to guests.
  • Maintain the hotel entrance's cleanliness standards.
  • Offer recommendations on local dining and entertainment options.
  • Promote our loyalty program, fostering strong relationships with repeat guests.

This position requires working a flexible 7-day roster from 11pm - 7am, including overnights and public holidays.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A background in a similar position or relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
  • A customer-centric approach with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
