About the Role

This role offers a unique blend of fieldwork, reporting and project management with a variety of exciting projects and the chance to specialise as desired.

You will work closely with the Emergency Management team to deliver and assess Emergency Management Services, including gap analysis, audits, evacuation diagram markups and Warden training at Retail, Commercial and Industrial sites across NSW.

The key areas of responsibilities include:

  • Delivering structured, flexible, relevant and interesting training sessions and assisting all learners to achieve their training goals.
  • Ensuring all training resources are current and compliant with our training standards and procedures.
  • Conducting pre and post-course schedules and ensuring course administrative procedures are completed in accordance with business procedures.
  • Working with internal Account Managers to proactively provide training solutions in a timely manner.
  • Preparing for, conducting and documenting both training delivery and assessment procedures using approved training delivery plans.
  • Completing and maintaining all training records accurately, documenting assessment results and submitting to the appropriate manager upon assessment for input into the ERP solution software.
  • In conjunction with the assigned Account Manager, resolving any complaints or incidents in accordance with grievance procedures, documenting incidents and outcomes.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Management Consultant (Trainer) who has the following qualifications and skills:

  • Cert IV Training and Assessment TAE40110.
  • Previous industry experience in Emergency Services background is advantageous.
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task to balance travel, onsite training and office administrative duties.
  • Demonstrable customer focus showing a proactive approach to new opportunities and continual improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational effectiveness and best practices.
  • Past experience in Sales and/or Key Account Management would be highly regarded.
