About the Role

Ambulatory Services Reform Project Lead is a newly created position at Austin Health, aimed at assisting the business to deliver on the strategic priorities of the Department of Health initiated Patient Support Unit (PSU). The role will focus on operationalising reform, applying an improvement mindset to test and implement reform on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver service improvement
  • Report the strategic objectives of the PSU
  • Identify opportunities and implement change to support the Blueprint Reform principles
  • Project planning and execution
About You

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, and a keen interest in developing their skillset. The ideal candidate will bring experience with data collection, analysis, and the ability to engage staff to utilise data in meaningful ways to initiate change.
