Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide both onsite and remote IT support to a diverse range of clients, helping users resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates
  • Ensure backups and security measures are in place
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Providing IT support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective IT solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years' experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP or fast-paced client-facing environment
  • Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues
