Lead Designer for Growth Initiatives

About the Opportunity:

  • This role is responsible for leading the design of growth initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to craft engaging experiences that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize key customer experiences: Create and enhance customer pathways through our product, from initial engagement to conversion and re-engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders: Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and growth leads to define problems, map user flows, prototype new interactions, and launch features that drive acquisition and product adoption.
  • Analyze and iterate: Analyze quantitative data to identify friction points in acquisition, activation, and conversion, then iterate on designs (e.g. A/B tests) to improve key growth metrics like website conversion, signup rates, and product usage.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product design with a strong track record of delivering impactful digital products as an IC, as well as experience leading high-performing design teams.
  • Growth experience: Proven ability to use design to improve growth metrics (activation, retention, conversion, upsell, etc.).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a history of working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
