Building strong rapport with clients and helping them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating will also be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home inspections from fully qualified warm appointments
  • Develop pricing and proposals tailored to meet client needs
  • Promote our full suite of services to ensure client satisfaction
  • Promote customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain exceptional customer service throughout

About You:

We are seeking a customer-centric and solution-focused individual with experience or exposure to the removals industry. This role is not about hard selling, but about empathy and respect for our diverse client base. Ideally, you will have:

  • Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Good problem-solving and spatial estimation skills
  • The ability to follow best-practice processes and strive for continuous improvement
  • A passion for working independently and driven by results
  • The ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
  • A highly professional attitude and enthusiasm for the role
  • A vehicle license and your own car
