E-Commerce Strategy Manager

As an E-commerce Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for building and transforming our online presence in Australia and New Zealand.

This role requires a driven individual who can orchestrate traffic, conversion, and basket value to drive sales and share beyond in-store experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with e-commerce partners, understanding visitor behavior, and implementing strategies based on findings.

You will draw insights from data to improve the customer experience and implement online campaigns to drive customer acquisition.

Direct integrated campaigns that deliver an increase in conversion rates, order size, and margin performance across various product lines.

Report and utilise analytics to identify user issues and their severity, working with developers to rectify.

Manage e-commerce sales budgets effectively, ensuring all campaigns are driven by strategy and ROI at a high and granular level to maximise revenue and budget spend.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or similar fields.
  • 6+ years' experience in high-growth e-commerce B2B and/or direct-to-consumer environments.
  • Experience working within the online food, groceries, or FMCG sector.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and CRO/CRM platforms, understanding key conversion rate optimisation principles.
  • Demonstrated e-commerce and digital experience managing multiple online platforms.
  • Experience with direct customer selling and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills in working with and visualising data.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to cut through complex data, stakeholder requirements, and bottlenecks.
