E-commerce Brand Manager Needed to Drive Growth and Success

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms and ensuring the brand is executed seamlessly online.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations and digital retail, with a proven track record of success in managing e-commerce stores and associated integrations.

You will possess excellent analytical skills, with experience using analytics platforms to track and report performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify and integrated apps), ensuring smooth functionality, site health, and best-in-class customer experience
  • Oversee online merchandising: collections, product uploads, pricing, inventory coordination, and promotional execution
  • Implement and manage CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives to improve site performance, AOV, and conversion rates
  • Ensure timely and accurate product launches online, aligning with creative and marketing campaign rollouts
  • Manage digital brand execution across website, email, and loyalty programs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Manage and optimize digital tools such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Impact, and other integrations to drive retention and loyalty
  • Track, analyze, and report on e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, retention), providing actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of e-commerce experience within the industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing Shopify stores and associated integrations
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and their role in driving e-commerce growth
  • Experience managing loyalty, CRM, and retention platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Yotpo)
  • Proven ability to deliver on KPIs such as conversion, AOV, and retention
