About the Role
As a Customer Experience Research Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading research initiatives that inform strategic business decisions and drive growth. This involves designing and executing research projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing actionable insights that positively impact our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute research projects that meet business objectives, leveraging expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality research outputs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering trust and ensuring effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in research operations, promoting efficiency and excellence throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging methodologies, applying innovative approaches to address complex research challenges.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in UX or design research, backed by a clear representation of work case studies.
- A tertiary qualification in social science, psychology/behavioral science, UX design, anthropology, or related field.
- Proven expertise in user testing, advanced UX research methods, and online research platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within an organization.
- The capacity to plan, scope, recruit, conduct, analyze, report, and communicate research confidently and independently.
