National Service Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Service Coordinator to support our service operations.

This pivotal role involves effective coordination of service contracts, customer onboarding, and national managed service operations. You'll work closely with internal teams to uphold operational excellence and deliver a professional client experience across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform gatekeeper checks to ensure smooth handovers from sales and projects
  • Create and manage service contracts, SLAs, and welcome documentation in Q360
  • Generate accurate invoices and monthly SLA reports for service activities
  • Support national SLA renewals, updates, and purchase order management
  • Ensure all service tickets are invoiced and closed with appropriate documentation
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and compliance across Managed Services
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support continuous service improvements
  • Adhere to WHS policies and contribute to a safe working environment
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong administration experience in customer service, service coordination, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Previous use of ERP or ticketing systems is advantageous
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with complex systems
  • Excellent communication skills and rapport building with clients and teams
  • Organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude with a focus on service quality and process improvement
