Job Title: Brand Manager

This role supports the development and delivery of business-driving marketing strategies and retail media plans across the beauty category.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, sales, and media teams to unlock growth through targeted, insight-led marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage high-impact brand partnerships for a portfolio of premium and emerging beauty brands, balancing storytelling with commercial outcomes.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, paid media, social, and experiential platforms.
  • Activate campaigns through the marketing ecosystem, partnering with internal teams to deliver data-driven, omni-channel programs that drive conversion and brand equity.
  • Leverage growing retail media capabilities; including first-party data, media inventory, and in-store touch-points; to enhance campaign performance.
  • Support the development of new retail media opportunities, aligning with the global shift in department store marketing teams becoming performance-driven media partners.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic, executional marketing role, ideally in beauty, retail, or an agency.
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A deep understanding of the beauty consumer mindset, trends, and content formats that drive engagement.
  • Commercial acumen and a natural ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working across internal and external teams.
